Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StagedPost (the "Service"), operated by Draftworks Media ("Draftworks Media", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who this is for. StagedPost is intended for real estate agents and real estate professionals operating in Canada who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the rules of your brokerage, your provincial real estate regulator, and any real estate board or association you belong to.

2. The Service. StagedPost generates social media content ideas — including hooks, captions, carousel outlines, video scripts, and photo direction — based on information you provide (your city, specialty, platforms, posting cadence, camera comfort, and tone). Content is generated using artificial intelligence and is provided as a starting point, not a finished, ready-to-publish product. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing every piece of content before you publish it, including verifying any statistics, market data, or claims, and confirming compliance with applicable advertising standards, brokerage policies, and provincial real estate rules. StagedPost is a planning and drafting tool — it does not provide legal, financial, regulatory, or professional real estate advice.

3. Not affiliated with CREA. StagedPost and Draftworks Media are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) or any provincial or local real estate board. We do not use the term "REALTOR®", which is a trademark owned by CREA, to describe our product, our company, or any user of the Service.

4. Payment and pricing. The core plan is a one-time purchase of $29 CAD, which includes a personalized 30-day content plan. You may optionally add 15 extra days (45 days of content in total) for an additional $15 CAD at checkout. All prices are in Canadian dollars and are processed securely through Stripe. These are one-time purchases — StagedPost does not currently charge any recurring or subscription fees. We do not store your card details; payment information is handled entirely by Stripe in accordance with its own terms and security standards.

6. Your account. Access to your dashboard is passwordless — we email you a secure sign-in link tied to the email address you used at checkout. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us immediately at draftworksmedia@gmail.com.

7. Ownership of generated content. Once generated, the specific content produced for your account (hooks, captions, scripts, outlines) is yours to use, edit, and publish as you see fit, including for commercial purposes related to your real estate business. We retain all rights to the StagedPost software, prompts, templates, brand, and underlying technology. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service itself.

8. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Service to: generate or publish false, misleading, or deceptive claims about a property, price, or market condition; misrepresent your credentials, licensing status, or affiliations; impersonate another person or business; violate any applicable advertising standard, consumer protection law, or real estate regulation; or attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service's underlying systems (including automated or excessive requests to our servers or AI providers).

9. No warranty. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, outdated information, or statistically unsupported claims — this is why every post includes a compliance note flagging what to verify before you publish.

10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Draftworks Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, clients, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any content generated through it, including any consequence of publishing content without independently verifying it. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or misused the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
