Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Draftworks Media ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use StagedPost (the "Service"). We aim to comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

1. Information we collect.

• Quiz answers: your city/province, specialty, platforms, posting frequency, camera comfort, and tone preference.
• Account information: your email address, used to create your account and send you a secure sign-in link.
• Payment confirmation: we receive confirmation of payment and a Stripe customer/session reference from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, expiry date, or CVC — that information goes directly to Stripe.
• Generated content: the content plan created for your account, stored so you can return to it later.
• Usage and device information: basic technical data such as browser type, general location (city/region level), and pages visited, collected automatically through standard web infrastructure and (once enabled) advertising pixels.

2. How we use your information. We use your information to: generate and personalize your content plan; create and secure your account; send you transactional emails (such as your sign-in link and purchase confirmation); process payment through Stripe; respond to support requests; and measure and improve the performance of our website and ads.

3. Who we share it with. We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information with the following service providers, solely to operate the Service:

• Stripe (payment processing) — receives your email and payment details directly.
• Supabase (database and authentication hosting) — stores your account, quiz answers, and generated content.
• Anthropic (AI content generation) — receives your quiz answers (city, specialty, tone, platforms, etc.) in order to generate your content plan. Anthropic does not receive your name, email, or payment information.
• Vercel (website hosting) — processes standard web traffic and technical logs to serve the Service.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — once our advertising pixel and Conversions API are enabled, Meta will receive event data (such as page views, quiz completions, and purchases) and hashed identifiers to help us measure ad performance. This is not active yet as of the date above.

Some of these providers operate servers located in the United States or other countries outside Canada, meaning your information may be processed or stored outside Canada and could be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, including lawful access by foreign authorities.

4. Cookies and similar technology. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in to your dashboard. Once advertising tracking is enabled, we will also use cookies and similar technology (such as the Meta Pixel) to measure ad performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect your ability to stay signed in.

5. Data retention. We keep your account and content plan for as long as your account remains active, plus a reasonable period afterward for financial record-keeping and legal compliance. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

6. Your rights. Subject to applicable law, you may request to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; or delete your account and associated data. To make a request, email draftworksmedia@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law. Deleting your account will not automatically reverse a completed payment — see our Refund Policy.

7. Security. We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy. StagedPost is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed at, or intended for use by, individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
